Luis Antonio Mendoza Coronel is an Industrial Engineer, a graduate of the University of Guayaquil, specializing in production and business management. He is certified in Six Sigma Green Belt, leading improvement projects using statistical analysis and Lean Six Sigma tools. Since 1997, he has worked at GAL Manufacturing LLC as a Quality Control Engineer, excelling in strategic planning and research. In 2004, he founded Ecta Multi Services, where he focuses on business formation, accounting, and individual and corporate tax preparation. Additionally, he is an active member of LULAC, UDM, EAIC, and TAXGROWTH, holding key roles in supporting the migrant community and financial advisory services
Segundo Márquez emigrated to the U.S. at a young age and earned a degree in Political Science with a specialization in Public Relations from City College of New York, along with a minor in Business Administration. With experience in construction and restoration, he founded multiple successful businesses, including a construction company and an OSHA-certified safety school, where he is an instructor. His journey reflects perseverance and ambition, emphasizing education and hands-on experience as keys to success. He believes entrepreneurship provides a path to financial freedom. Today, his work influences construction safety standards and supports the business community through his ventures.
Fernando is an economist with a master’s degree in International Political Economy, a diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy, and a master’s in Administrative Sciences. He served as a diplomat for over eight years in various roles for the Ecuadorian government, including Protocol Affairs Advisor to the Presidency and Consul in Queens, New York. Currently, he is the Program Manager at NYC Small Business Solutions, helping entrepreneurs access government, private sector, and nonprofit resources to start and grow their businesses. Recently, he launched his own consulting and occupational safety training business. His career reflects a strong background in diplomacy, economics, and business development.
Luis Vicente Carpio Moure, originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, has over 41 years of experience in the construction industry. He was the president of Lincoln Square Painting Corporation and is currently the CEO of Carpio Contracting LLC. A U.S. Army veteran, he graduated with honors as a highway and bridge engineer from Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and attended military schools in Panama. He has also supervised the Engineering Department of a New York City building for over 30 years. Actively involved in the Latino community, he is a member of several organizations, including UDM, LULAC, and the Comité de Ecuatorianos Independientes por los Migrantes.
Dr. Charito Cisneros is the President of the Hispanic Cosmetology and Beauty Chamber of Commerce of New York (NYHCBCC) and has over 35 years of teaching experience and 15 years as a beauty consultant. Through NYHCBCC, she has helped over 1,000 professionals obtain their licenses and supported thousands in opening their businesses. Her leadership and dedication have earned her widespread recognition from organizations, politicians, and committees. She has also worked in television as the Producer and Director of Inside New York con Charito on Ecuavisa International and appeared on major networks like Univision and Telemundo. Recently, she earned a Doctorate in Public Relations and Ethics, further solidifying her expertise and commitment to the Hispanic business community
